XperienceRadio are always on the look-out for voluntary DJ's to do regular slots, as we grow bigger we need more Dj's to fill the times so that we become a 24/7 Online radio. If you can commit yourself to a regular slot or even a few slots then please don't hesitate to contact us.
We are not expecting you to be the best DJ. We're after people who can have fun on the radio, presenting over the microphone, chatting, telling jokes, generally having fun with listeners. XperienceRadio is mainly aimed at a Club Dance and Trance audience though we do have a Easy Listening till 6pm Sundays, So maybe this genre would be preferred by you.

XperienceRadio Terms and Conditions for new DJ's / Presenters

In accordance with the Legal requirements for internet based radio stations 
XperienceRadio has a duty to inform you of the following restrictions in order for us to comply with the terms as set out in our broadcasting licence.

During your broadcast In any Three hour period there are to be:
(1) No more than 3 songs from a particular album which includes no more than 2 tracks consecutively.
(2) No more than 4 songs from a particular Artist or from any compilation of tracks.

There is to be NO Advanced notification to the listeners of titles of specific tracks or specific albums from which tracks maybe played.
No Archived Programs less than 5 hours in duration or available for more than two weeks.
No Continuous programs of less than 3 hours in duration.

Please Note: It is XperienceRadio.co.uk that is the Licensed body to broadcast, Whilst presenting on Xr your are covered by this Licence.
Any other work you do away from XperienceRadio does not constitute XperienceRadio's license and maybe Unlicensed and therefore illegal.

Additional terms set by XperienceRadio Management.

You represent that you are 16 years or over and that all information that you supply is accurate.

There is to be no illicit content, foul language: obecenities with sexual refference: racist,slanderous or defamatory remarks either in yourchoice of track or via the microphone.

The main Genre of XperienceRadio is Club Dance & Trance, All allocated DJ slots are required to comly with the main genre,Unless otherwise clearly stated on the Schedule page of the XperienceRadio website.

Repetative mentioning of url's, Websites, Organisations and Groups is classed as Advertising and therefore restricted to two mentions in any one slot, Unless prior approved by the Managers.

There is to be NO Personalisation of the XperienceRadio Service. No listener preferences to specific tracks to be played.

Personal Mixed CD's must hold the XperienceRadio Licence Logo, Xr along with the Licence Registration Number and to be approved by a member of XperienceRadio's Management team or Owners where we will hold all details and publish on the Xr website as a legitimate production.

DJ's are required to give notice if there are unable to broadcast an allocated slot so appropriate cover can be found, Failure to do so will result in a strike: XperienceRadio operates a 3 strike rule miss 3 slots without giving sufficent notice and you will be removed.

Breaking any of these Terms and Conditions will result in instant removal from the XperienceRadio Site as a DJ/Presenter. XperienceRadio reserves the right to change the terms,conditions and notices under which it offers the Xr website and it's facilities. You (the DJ / Presenter) are responsible for regularly checking these terms, conditions and notices to review all modifications and additions. Your continued use of XperienceRadio facilities after the effective date of such changes constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to such changes.

XperienceRadio reserve the right to terminate this agreement, or suspend/terminate your access to the Xr website "at anytime","with or without cause", with or without notice. If you are suspended or your account is terminated, you right to use XperienceRadio website or servers will cease immediately.Upon suspension or termination any details/images or information you have stored MUST be Deleted forthwith.

In Addition...

Jingles/Idents for Xperienceradio.co.uk are the sole property of XperienceRadio, They are not to be sold or edited in any way nor are they to be copied. The use of these Jingles/Idents is for XperienceRadio only and thus you are subject to copyright law when they are used, use on anything other that XperienceRadio without the express written permission from XperienceRadio's owner is Strictly prohibited.
If any Presenter/Dj on XperienceRadio wishes to include these Jingles/Idents in his/her personal compilation/mix that will not only promote him/her self but also XperienceRadio.co.uk He/She Must first ask permission from the managers of XperienceRadio who will then contact owner of XperienceRadio to whom the Jingles/Idents are the property of.
The XperienceRadio Jingles/Idents are to be used in a professional manner whilst presenting on XperienceRadio. Should you terminate your representation of XperienceRadio you will delete and remove plus destroy any backups of these Jingles/Idents that you have made or hold.

This Agreement is between XperienceRadio and you (the DJ / Presenter).All disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Xr Website will be adjudicated under the laws of England and Wales,You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction.
You and XperienceRadio agree that any legal action related to or arising from the use of the Xr Website must commence within ONE year after the cause occurs, other wise no action is permitted and the cause of action will be permanently barred.

XperienceRadio is a Licensed and Legal Online Web Radio service.
